Elyes has been instrumental in shaping the Juris International Lawyers Network since 2003, with a career spanning over 23 years as first-stage Lawyer with the Paris Bar (Art.88) and Tunisian Bar. He joined Dubai’s Law office, “Zayed Al Shamsi”, as the President of the Bar Association in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.), serving as International `head of  Department.

Elyes has a trusted expertise in providing strategic legal assistance to financial and business structures, particularly in outsourcing, insourcing, restructuring, and insolvency rescue plans.

Elyes's practice's internationally and especially in Europe / MENA region (France, Tunisia, United Arab Emirats, Saudi Arabia). This fostered strong relationships with top-tier law offices across Europe, Africa, and Asia, bridging continents and facilitating international collaboration.

He is also Vice President of Association of European Attorneys (AEA), Member of Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA), Member of International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL) and Former "Off Council" in International Public Relations for Firevest I.C.X (France-United States).
